Over the years, he has acquired and managed a portfolio of over 100 properties across three states, including residential, commercial, and land asset classes. His diverse experience encompasses property management, fix-and-flip and multi-family developments. Lynn holds broker’s licenses in 11 states, reflecting his broad expertise and commitment to compliance and industry knowledge. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. This unique combination of real estate acumen and financial expertise, enables Lynn to approach investments with a strategic, analytical mindset.
