Beth Mercante is a capital markets advisor with over $2 billion in closed debt and equity financings across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, self-storage,student housing and senior housing projects nationwide. Her background blends institutional pedigree with entrepreneurial execution—having worked in acquisitions and asset management for the Quantum Fund and in mortgage finance at AIG Global Real Estate, overseeing a diverse portfolio of income-producing assets.
Beth began her career in New York City as a national commercial real estate consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick at their headquarters on Park Avenue. She then held other institutional career positions which led her to become an entrepreneurial investment sales broker, earning REBNY’s “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award. She later transitioned into capital advisory and helped grow a tech-forward national brokerage platform, where she advised on financing for projects ranging from ground-up development to value-add repositioning.
With decades of experience navigating market cycles, Beth brings a fresh yet grounded perspective to every transaction. Her approach is deeply relational and strategically tailored, giving developers and investors the clarity and confidence to secure the right capital to move projects forward. Growing up in a development family and earning a BS in Building Construction from the University of Washington, she understands ground up development on a deeper level than just the capital aspect.
